Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number, event details and message.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare designs and quotes, and deliver the services you request.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with team members and partners who need it to deliver your project.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors find useful. It sets cookies and records the pages you view, your approximate location (from your IP address, which Google truncates) and the device and browser you use. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or remarketing tags. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser — the site works normally either way.
Third parties we share enquiries with
Enquiry details you submit are sent to our lead management provider and stored in our own database so that we can respond. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone who is not working on your project.
