Country Pavilions
We build national pavilions for foreign governments exhibiting in India and Indian pavilions at overseas trade fairs.
What's included
Our country pavilions service
We build national pavilions for foreign governments exhibiting in India and Indian pavilions at overseas trade fairs. What you receive is the whole show delivered against one critical path and one budget you can read. A single schedule with named owners per element means a slip in one area is visible days before it reaches the stand, not on build-up morning.
We group country pavilions with pavilion design, mall activations, international expo stalls because they share a workshop, a crew and a schedule. Bundling them removes the gaps where multi-vendor projects usually fail.
- Cultural design language
- Embassy and organiser liaison
- Multi-booth coordination
- VIP and delegation areas
Price guide: Quoted per pavilion.

How country pavilions works
01
Single brief, single owner
A named project manager holds the entire scope, so there is no gap between the stall contractor, the AV supplier and the furniture vendor for a problem to fall into.
02
Costed plan before commitment
The plan comes first: every element costed on its own line, every date fixed, so you can cut scope deliberately instead of discovering overruns later.
03
Parallel production
Build, print, AV prep and transport run simultaneously against a single critical path, with one person tracking what depends on what.
04
On-site delivery and wrap
Your project manager is there for build-up, show days and dismantle, and handles the organiser close-out and deposit release afterwards.
The manager on site can make decisions rather than relay them, which is what keeps a multi-vendor scope moving.
Who this is for
Country pavilions suits brands exhibiting at several shows a year, running a pavilion with co-exhibitors, or working with a small internal events team. The value is not a discount; it is that one person owns the schedule and one invoice explains it.
What country pavilions costs
Quoted per pavilion. Beyond that headline, the variables that actually move a country pavilions quote are total scope and how many elements are bundled, stall or venue area, number of show days and cities and finish level across the build. A quote itemised against those lines is the only way to tell a cheap stall from an incomplete one.
Cost drivers
- total scope and how many elements are bundled
- stall or venue area
- number of show days and cities
- finish level across the build
- AV, furniture and manpower volumes
- inter-city transport and storage between shows
- organiser and venue charges
Stall sizes and lead times
The space plan below uses the same formula as our stall planner, so the numbers on this page and the numbers the tool gives you agree. Storage takes 10% of the area up to 18 sq.m and 15% above it, a meeting corner takes 5% unless you are hosting meetings, and the remainder is display.
Space, staffing and lead time by stall size
| Stall size | Footprint | Likely layout | Display | Staff | Visitors at once | Build weeks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| 18 sq.m | 3 × 6 m | Inline or corner | 15.3 sq.m | 2 | 6 | 3 |
| 36 sq.m | 6 × 6 m | Corner or three-side open | 28.8 sq.m | 4 | 11 | 4 |
| 54 sq.m | 6 × 9 m | Corner or three-side open | 43.2 sq.m | 6 | 17 | 5 |
| 72 sq.m | 6 × 12 m | Three-side open or island | 57.6 sq.m | 8 | 23 | 5 |
| 100 sq.m | 10 × 10 m | Three-side open or island | 80 sq.m | 12 | 32 | 5 |
Materials and equipment
Most of what we build uses custom and system stall construction, AV, lighting and screens and furniture, flooring and soft furnishings, with print, signage and wayfinding, storage and reusable modular frames and crew, hostess and technical manpower added as the design needs. We specify for reuse wherever you exhibit more than once a year, because the second show is where a good material choice pays for itself.
