Exhibition & event services

Everything a stall, pavilion or event needs — designed, built and installed by one team, in 119 cities and at 1,461 venues.

What we do

We publish 31 services, and they exist because exhibitors do not buy a stall as a single thing. One show needs a concept, a drawing set an organiser will approve, a structure built in a workshop, a floor, a lighting plan, a screen, some furniture and a crew who can install all of it inside the build-up window. Splitting that across four or five vendors is where most show projects go wrong.

The list below is organised into four practices — design, fabrication, event & AV, turnkey — because that is how the work is actually resourced. A design project consumes studio time. A fabrication project consumes workshop and crew time. An event & AV project consumes equipment and technicians. A turnkey project consumes all three plus a project manager, and is quoted as one scope rather than as separate orders.

Every service page carries the same sections: what is included, how it works stage by stage, who it suits, what it costs, the sizes and lead times, the materials we work in, and what we need from you to quote. The structure is deliberate, so two services can be compared without reading two different kinds of page.

The four practices

Most projects draw on two or three of these at once, which is why we quote them together. The table is the fastest way to work out which part of the list you are actually shopping in.

What each practice covers

PracticeWhat it coversServices
DesignConcept, layout, 3D visualisation and the dimensioned drawing set an organiser will accept and a workshop can build from.6
FabricationThe physical stand: carpentry, metalwork, printing, flooring, lighting, pre-assembly, installation and dismantling.9
Event & AVEverything that runs rather than stands — stages, LED walls, lighting, projection, drone shows, furniture and conference setups.9
TurnkeyOne accountable scope across design, build, AV and logistics, for pavilions, multi-city programmes and complete event delivery.7

Service counts are derived from the service list itself, so they cannot drift. Every service is available in all 119 cities we cover.

How services combine on a real project

A stand is rarely one service. A 36 sq.m custom booth with a screen and a meeting corner is a design job, a fabrication job, an AV job and a furniture order, and the schedule only works if the same project manager owns all four. The combinations below are the ones we quote most often.

  • Stall design plus fabrication, with the design bundled into the build
  • Modular or octanorm structure plus printed graphics, reused across a show calendar
  • Custom booth plus an LED wall, with the supporting structure built into the stand
  • Double-decker stand plus structural certification and organiser submissions
  • Pavilion design plus co-exhibitor booths, shared lounge and wayfinding
  • Product launch set plus projection mapping, staging and show-calling
  • Conference setup plus staging, lighting, AV and furniture rental
  • Turnkey participation across several cities in one show season

Cost and lead time, before you read a single service page

Two figures govern most of the list. Custom design and fabrication runs ₹9,000 to ₹18,000 per sq.m depending on finish, lighting and how much joinery the concept needs. Build time is three weeks from sign-off, four weeks from 24 sq.m and five weeks from 54 sq.m, and the organiser's own approval cycle sits in front of that rather than inside it.

Standalone design, when it is not bundled with a build, starts at ₹25,000; kiosks start at ₹60,000. Double-decker stands and anything requiring structural certification are quoted per project, because the engineering is specific to the layout and the hall.

Where to start

If you know the show and the stall size, start with the service that describes the structure you need and let the extras follow from it. If you know only the budget, read the cost guide before the service page, because the right answer is often a different specification rather than a smaller stand.

If you are not buying a stall at all — a launch, a dealer meet, a conference, a mall activation — start in the Event & AV or Turnkey practice, where the deliverable is an event running on schedule rather than a structure handed over.
