What you receive is a complete stand — structure, graphics, lighting and flooring — handed over ready to occupy. Every panel is trial-fitted and every circuit tested in the workshop before dispatch, and the crew carries spare laminate, graphics and lamps to site.

How custom exhibition booths works

Drawing release and material order
Approved drawings go to the workshop as a cutting list. Panels, sections, graphics and lighting are ordered together so nothing stalls the line waiting on one item.

Workshop build
Production runs in-house, which matters less for quality than for dates — when the joinery, the paint booth and the printer all answer to the same schedule, a promised handover holds.

Pre-assembly and quality check
Before anything is loaded, the stand is stood up in the workshop: panels numbered, graphics trial-fitted, circuits tested and lamps aimed. Problems get found here, where there is time to fix them.

Install, handover and dismantle
Installation, handover, show-day support and dismantle are one scope with one crew — including clearing the stand inside the organiser's window so no penalty touches your deposit.
The same crew that pre-assembled the stall installs it, which is why an unfamiliar hall rarely costs us time.

Stall sizes and lead times
The space plan below uses the same formula as our stall planner, so the numbers on this page and the numbers the tool gives you agree. Storage takes 10% of the area up to 18 sq.m and 15% above it, a meeting corner takes 5% unless you are hosting meetings, and the remainder is display.

Materials and equipment
Most of what we build uses 18 mm and 12 mm MDF with laminate or spray finish, aluminium extrusion and octanorm systems and fire-retardant treated ply, with tensioned fabric and vinyl graphics, vinyl, carpet and raised wooden flooring and LED spots, track lights and backlit boxes added as the design needs. We specify for reuse wherever you exhibit more than once a year, because the second show is where a good material choice pays for itself.

Four to six weeks from approved design for a standard custom build, eight weeks or more for a double-decker, pavilion or multi-city programme, and seven to ten days for urgent shows with a simplified design.
How do revisions work?+
Design revisions are free until you approve the concept. Once fabrication has started, changes are quoted against material already cut, which is why we hold sign-off until the plan is genuinely settled.
Can you handle organiser approvals?+
Yes. Stall drawings, electrical load details and structural documents are prepared and submitted as the organiser requires, and designs are checked against height, rigging and fire rules first.
Do you work with agencies and co-exhibitors?+
Yes. We work directly with brands, with event and creative agencies on white-label scopes, and with pavilion organisers coordinating multiple co-exhibitors under one structure.
