Trade Show Booths
Booths engineered to generate leads at B2B trade shows: demo zones, meeting tables and strong sightlines.
What's included
Our trade show booths service
Booths engineered to generate leads at B2B trade shows: demo zones, meeting tables and strong sightlines. What you receive is a built stall, installed, cleaned and working, then dismantled and cleared after the show. Quality control happens in the workshop rather than on the stand: dry build, electrical test, finish inspection, numbered panels, spares packed.
Trade Show Booths sits in our fabrication practice, alongside stall fabrication, custom exhibition booths, modular exhibition stalls. Most projects combine two or three of those, which is why we quote them as one scope with one project manager rather than as separate vendors.
- Lead-capture friendly layouts
- Product demo counters
- Meeting and hospitality zones
- Hanging banners for visibility
Price guide: From ₹9,000 per sq.m.

How trade show booths works
01
Drawing release and material order
Approved drawings go to the workshop as a cutting list. Panels, sections, graphics and lighting are ordered together so nothing stalls the line waiting on one item.
02
Workshop build
Production runs in-house, which matters less for quality than for dates — when the joinery, the paint booth and the printer all answer to the same schedule, a promised handover holds.
03
Pre-assembly and quality check
Every stand is dry-built and signed off in the workshop first. That is why our crews spend build-up assembling a known object instead of discovering one.
04
Install, handover and dismantle
The crew installs to the drawing, cleans, hands over a working stall and returns after the show to dismantle and clear the stand within the organiser's window.
Install is done by the crew that dry-built the stand, so an unfamiliar venue costs us access time, not assembly time.
Who this is for
Trade show booths suits exhibitors who want the build controlled end to end rather than split between a designer, a printer and a contractor. It is the right choice when the stall has to look the same as the render, hold up across several show days and come down cleanly.
What trade show booths costs
From ₹9,000 per sq.m. Beyond that headline, the variables that actually move a trade show booths quote are stall area in sq.m, number of open sides and overall height, wood-and-laminate versus system construction and graphic area and print finish. Itemise the quote against those lines and the difference between two vendors stops being a mystery.

- wood-and-laminate versus system construction
- graphic area and print finish

Stall sizes and lead times
The space plan below uses the same formula as our stall planner, so the numbers on this page and the numbers the tool gives you agree. Storage takes 10% of the area up to 18 sq.m and 15% above it, a meeting corner takes 5% unless you are hosting meetings, and the remainder is display.

Materials and equipment
The working palette is 18 mm and 12 mm MDF with laminate or spray finish, aluminium extrusion and octanorm systems, fire-retardant treated ply and tensioned fabric and vinyl graphics, extended with vinyl, carpet and raised wooden flooring and LED spots, track lights and backlit boxes when the design or the venue requires it. Specification is a durability decision as much as a visual one — what looks identical on day one often does not after three builds.
