Exhibition venues we cover

Every exhibition centre, convention hall, hotel ballroom and expo ground we build in, across 119 cities and 28 states and union territories.

What this directory covers

This is the venue side of our coverage: 1,461 places in 119 Indian cities where we design, fabricate and install exhibition stalls. 152 of them are named venues — the exhibition centres, convention halls, trade complexes and grounds that carry a published show calendar. The rest are venue types, one set per city, covering the hotel ballrooms, banquet halls, mall atriums, campuses, stadiums and industrial grounds where the large majority of India's regional expos, dealer meets and brand activations actually happen.

We separate the two deliberately. A named venue has a known hall plan, a known access route and an organiser whose rulebook we have worked to before, so a page about it can be specific. A venue type describes a class of space with shared constraints — a ballroom always means lift or corridor access and a floor you are not allowed to mark — and knowing the class is usually enough to plan a build correctly.

Venue types, and what each one demands

Every city in the directory carries the same 11 venue types, because the same classes of space exist everywhere. What changes between them is not the brand of the building but the build-up conditions: how a truck reaches it, how material gets inside, how much power you can draw, what you may fix to the structure and how many hours you have before doors open.

The venue types in every city

Each of the 119 city pages carries all 11 of these types, which is how the directory reaches 1,461 venues. Named venues sit alongside them wherever a city has exhibition halls with a published calendar.

Tier 1 cities and their named venues

The 15 Tier 1 cities carry most of India's large show calendar, so their named venues are listed in full below. These are the halls where build-up slots are tightest, where organiser paperwork is most demanding and where arriving with a pre-assembled stall matters most.

Each city link opens a page covering local build-up conditions, lead times and the 11 venue types alongside the named halls.

Why the venue changes the build

Two stalls of identical area can need completely different construction depending on where they are going. A purpose-built exhibition hall with level floors, drive-in access, high ceilings and a sanctioned power supply will take almost any design. A hotel ballroom reached by a service lift, with a carpet that must not be marked and a five-hour overnight build window, will not.

That is why our venue and city pages talk about access, power, build-up hours and fixing rules rather than about décor: those four facts decide whether a stall arrives as pre-finished sections or as sheets cut on site, and whether a hanging element is possible at all.
