Exhibition stall cost by city
What decides stall cost in each city, and how to get an exact line-item quote fast.
Exhibition stall cost is built from the same components in every city: area, open sides, construction type, graphics, lighting, flooring, furniture, AV, transport, installation, dismantle and taxes. What changes locally is transport distance from the workshop, crew availability during a busy show week, and how tight the organiser's build-up window is — a window that forces night shifts costs more than one that does not.
These city guides set out what moves the figure where you are exhibiting, and what a quote should itemise so that two vendors can be compared on the same basis.

FAQ
Common questions
How much does an exhibition stall cost in India?+
Custom fabrication typically runs ₹9,000–₹18,000 per sq.m for structure, graphics and lighting. AV, furniture, flooring, transport, installation and taxes are quoted on their own lines.
Why do two quotes for the same stand differ so much?+
Usually materials, finish quality, crew size, or lines that one vendor left out entirely. Ask both to itemise against the same scope and the gap normally explains itself.
Does the city change the price?+
Less than exhibitors expect. The fabrication cost barely moves between cities; what differs is transport distance, crew availability in a busy show week, and night-shift labour forced by a tight build-up window.
What is the cheapest way to exhibit?+
An upgraded shell scheme for a small stand, or a reusable modular structure if you exhibit more than once a year. The second show on a modular frame costs a fraction of the first.
