Stall fabricators across India
Local crews and venue know-how in every Tier 1 metro and Tier 2 expo city — 1,461 venues across 28 states and union territories.
What a city page covers
This is the geography of our work: 119 cities, 1,461 venues and 28 states and union territories. Each city has its own page, and each of those pages exists because the stall barely changes between cities while everything around it does — the access route, the build-up window, the organiser's paperwork, the local labour and material market, and how far the stand has to travel from a workshop.
A city page carries the venues in that city, the services available there, the local build-up and approval detail, the space-planning and lead-time tables, and the questions worth asking a fabricator working in that market. All 31 services are available in every city, so the page tells you about the place rather than about a reduced menu.
Coverage here means our crews work there, not that we claim an office on every high street. That distinction matters when you are choosing a partner: what you need is someone who knows the hall, has done the organiser's submission before and can get a truck to the loading bay in the slot you were allocated.

Tier 1 and Tier 2, and why we separate them
The 15 Tier 1 cities carry most of India's large international show calendar. They have purpose-built exhibition centres, the tightest build-up slots, the most demanding organiser paperwork and the highest concentration of competing projects during the season, so a stand there benefits most from arriving pre-assembled.
The 104 Tier 2 cities carry regional trade fairs, agri and machinery shows, government exhibitions, dealer meets and consumer expos. The halls are more often convention centres, ballrooms, stadiums and open grounds, which changes what a stall should be made of rather than how good it needs to be. For exhibitors selling into those markets, this is where the buyers are.
Coverage by state
The table is derived from the city list, so the counts cannot drift. Use it to see where a show programme concentrates before you plan the logistics around it.

What actually changes city to city
Not the design. A 36 sq.m custom stand is the same engineering problem in Pune as in Coimbatore. What changes is everything that decides whether it is standing, lit and clean when the doors open.
- How far the stand has to travel from a workshop, and what that does to transport and timing
- Whether the hall takes a truck to the loading bay, or a service lift and a corridor
- The build-up hours the organiser allocates, and whether overnight work is permitted
- The electrical load the venue will sanction, and who meters it
- Local fire and safety inspection practice, and which certificates are checked
- What the local material and labour market can supply at short notice
- Whether the hall floor is level, and whether a raised platform is a choice or a necessity
- Which local sectors exhibit, and therefore what visitors expect to find on a stand
How to use these pages
If you know your city, open its page. If you know your venue, go to the venue directory instead — it is organised by city and venue type, and the venue page will tell you what we would plan differently there. If you know only the service, start from the service page; every one of them links through to the cities.
