Eco-Friendly Stalls
Stalls using bamboo, recycled boards, fabric graphics and reusable frames to reduce show waste.
What's included
Our eco-friendly stalls service
Stalls using bamboo, recycled boards, fabric graphics and reusable frames to reduce show waste. What you receive is a design package covering plan, elevations, materials schedule and electrical load. Every design is checked against the organiser's height, rigging and fire rules before it reaches you, so an approved concept does not get rejected later.
We group eco-friendly stalls with exhibition stall design, kiosk design, brand experience zones because they share a workshop, a crew and a schedule. Bundling them removes the gaps where multi-vendor projects usually fail.
- Bamboo and recycled boards
- Fabric instead of flex
- Reusable frames
- Lower waste to landfill
Price guide: Comparable to custom builds; lower over repeat use.

How eco-friendly stalls works
01
Brief and benchmark
The brief begins with what the stand has to achieve, not what it should look like. Area, open sides, budget band and the specific visitor action you want define the design problem; the aesthetics follow from solving it.
02
Concept and layout
Concept work is mostly circulation. Visitors should be able to enter without committing, see the product immediately and reach a person without being intercepted — and your team needs somewhere to keep bags and stock out of sight.
03
3D visualisation
Once the plan is agreed we build the stall in 3D with the real graphics, real materials and real lighting positions, so what you approve is what gets fabricated. Revisions at this point are still free and fast.
04
Technical drawing set
Sign-off converts into production paperwork: plans, elevations, sections, a materials schedule and electrical loads, in the format the organiser wants them submitted in.
The designer who drew it stays contactable during build-up, which keeps site decisions aligned with the approved intent.
Who this is for
Eco-friendly stalls suits exhibitors who have booked space and need a design their team, their organiser and their fabricator can all work from. If you are still choosing between a shell scheme upgrade and raw space, start here — the layout decision is worth more than any finish choice you make later.
What eco-friendly stalls costs
Comparable to custom builds; lower over repeat use. Beyond that headline, the variables that actually move an eco-friendly stalls quote are stall area and ceiling height, number of open sides, how much custom joinery the concept needs and graphic area and print finish. Ask for the quote itemised against those lines and two vendors become genuinely comparable.
Cost drivers
- stall area and ceiling height
- number of open sides
- how much custom joinery the concept needs
- graphic area and print finish
- number of revision rounds
- whether technical drawings are needed for organiser approval
Stall sizes and lead times
The space plan below uses the same formula as our stall planner, so the numbers on this page and the numbers the tool gives you agree. Storage takes 10% of the area up to 18 sq.m and 15% above it, a meeting corner takes 5% unless you are hosting meetings, and the remainder is display.
Space, staffing and lead time by stall size
| Stall size | Footprint | Likely layout | Display | Staff | Visitors at once | Build weeks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9 sq.m | 3 × 3 m | Inline or corner | 7.6 sq.m | 2 | 3 | 3 |
| 18 sq.m | 3 × 6 m | Inline or corner | 15.3 sq.m | 2 | 6 | 3 |
| 36 sq.m | 6 × 6 m | Corner or three-side open | 28.8 sq.m | 4 | 11 | 4 |
| 54 sq.m | 6 × 9 m | Corner or three-side open | 43.2 sq.m | 6 | 17 | 5 |
| 72 sq.m | 6 × 12 m | Three-side open or island | 57.6 sq.m | 8 | 23 | 5 |
| 100 sq.m | 10 × 10 m | Three-side open or island | 80 sq.m | 12 | 32 | 5 |
Materials and equipment
Most of what we build uses fabric-tensioned graphic frames, laminated and spray-finished MDF and aluminium systems, with acrylic and backlit panels, raised platform flooring and track and spot lighting added as the design needs. We specify for reuse wherever you exhibit more than once a year, because the second show is where a good material choice pays for itself.

FAQ
Common questions
What does eco-friendly stalls cost?+
Comparable to custom builds; lower over repeat use. The variables that move the figure are stall area and ceiling height, number of open sides, how much custom joinery the concept needs and graphic area and print finish.
Do you offer eco-friendly stalls outside the metros?+
Yes. We cover 119 cities including every Tier 1 metro and more than a hundred Tier 2 exhibition cities, with crews working to the local organiser's schedule.
Is 3D design included?+
Yes, free with every confirmed fabrication order and revised until you approve it. Design-only projects are quoted per stall.
Do you work with agencies and co-exhibitors?+
Yes. We work directly with brands, with event and creative agencies on white-label scopes, and with pavilion organisers coordinating multiple co-exhibitors under one structure.
What do you need from me to start?+
Your stall area in sq.m and the number of open sides, the show name, city and dates, brand guidelines, logos and product photos and two or three stalls you liked, and why.
Is eco-friendly stalls available as a standalone scope?+
Yes. It can be bundled with a full stall build or delivered on its own alongside another contractor's structure, with the interface agreed in writing first.
Can you handle organiser approvals?+
Yes. Stall drawings, electrical load details and structural documents are prepared and submitted as the organiser requires, and designs are checked against height, rigging and fire rules first.
How do revisions work?+
Design revisions are free until you approve the concept. Once fabrication has started, changes are quoted against material already cut, which is why we hold sign-off until the plan is genuinely settled.
