Drone Light Shows in Bhopal
From first sketch to final dismantle, our Bhopal team delivers drone light shows for trade fairs, consumer expos, conferences and corporate events across the city — with the drawings, approvals and on-site crew included rather than quoted later.
Why choose us
Bhopal's trusted drone light shows partner
Hundreds of synchronised LED drones draw your logo, product or message in the night sky for launches, festivals, weddings, sports events and corporate celebrations. We coordinate show design, permissions with licensed operators, launch-site safety and timing with your event. Minto Hall Convention Centre, Ravindra Bhawan and Lal Parade Ground are among the Bhopal venues we build at through the year.
The sectors that fill Bhopal's show floors are pharma, automobile, textiles, agri and food processing. We brief against the sector because it changes the fundamentals — how much product has to be on display, how private the meeting space needs to be, and how much of the stand should be given to demonstration.
What changes between cities is rarely the design and almost always the logistics. In Bhopal that means the access route, the lift queue, the organiser's build-up window and the venue's rules on height, rigging and fixing. We confirm those before fabrication starts, which is why drone light shows here is quoted as a delivered stand rather than as a set of parts.
- Fire-retardant, organiser-approved materials
- Free photoreal 3D design with every confirmed build
- In-house design and fabrication — no sub-contracted surprises
- Organiser drawings and approvals handled for you
- Storage and reuse options for repeat exhibitors

How we deliver drone light shows in Bhopal
Hundreds of synchronised LED drones draw your logo, product or message in the night sky for launches, festivals, weddings, sports events and corporate celebrations. We coordinate show design, permissions with licensed operators, launch-site safety and timing with your event. What you receive is a rigged, programmed and rehearsed technical setup with a technician on it through show hours. We test as a system, not as a parts list, and we carry redundancy on the single points of failure.
01
Technical recce and plan
We confirm the room or stand dimensions, power available, rigging points, sightlines and the organiser's noise and curfew rules, then size the kit to the space rather than over-specifying it.
02
Equipment and content preparation
Screens, lights, audio, media servers and content are prepared and bench-tested together before they leave for the venue, so the first time it all runs is not in front of your audience.
03
Install and programming
Install covers rigging, power distribution, cabling, focus and programming, and finishes with a technical rehearsal rather than a handover note.
04
Show operation and strike
Show hours are covered by an operator who knows the programming, and the strike is planned as carefully as the build.
What a drone light shows quote in Bhopal is built from
Priced mainly by drone count and show length; share your event date, city and audience size for a quote. Beyond that headline, the variables that actually move a drone light shows quote are screen or projection surface area and resolution, number of fixtures, projectors or drones, show length and number of repeats per day and rigging, trussing and power distribution. A quote itemised against those lines is the only way to tell a cheap stall from an incomplete one.
Cost drivers
- screen or projection surface area and resolution
- number of fixtures, projectors or drones
- show length and number of repeats per day
- rigging, trussing and power distribution
- content production and programming time
- number of operators and show days
- transport and standby equipment
Space plan by stall size in Bhopal
| Stall size | Footprint | Display | Storage | Meeting | Staff | Build weeks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9 sq.m | 3 × 3 m | 7.6 sq.m | 0.9 sq.m | 0.5 sq.m | 2 | 3 |
| 18 sq.m | 3 × 6 m | 15.3 sq.m | 1.8 sq.m | 0.9 sq.m | 2 | 3 |
| 36 sq.m | 6 × 6 m | 28.8 sq.m | 5.4 sq.m | 1.8 sq.m | 4 | 4 |
| 54 sq.m | 6 × 9 m | 43.2 sq.m | 8.1 sq.m | 2.7 sq.m | 6 | 5 |
| 72 sq.m | 6 × 12 m | 57.6 sq.m | 10.8 sq.m | 3.6 sq.m | 8 | 5 |
| 100 sq.m | 10 × 10 m | 80 sq.m | 15 sq.m | 5 sq.m | 12 | 5 |
Calculated with the same formula as our stall planner: storage is 10% of area up to 18 sq.m and 15% above it, meeting space 5% unless you are hosting meetings, and the remainder is display. Staff = area ÷ 9.

Venue types we build for in Bhopal
Bhopal is a growing exhibition market in Madhya Pradesh. The practical question for a stall build is which kind of room you have booked: a purpose-built hall such as Minto Hall Convention Centre behaves nothing like a hotel ballroom or an open ground. We cover 14 venues across those types here, and we check the specific rules before design sign-off rather than on build-up morning.
Build-up, logistics and approvals in Bhopal
Logistics in Bhopal come down to three things: how the panels reach the hall, how much power the stand is allocated, and when the organiser lets you work. All three are settled in writing before we cut material.
Always confirm this year's dates and hall allocation with the organiser — editions shift. Plan backwards from them: six weeks for a comfortable custom build in Bhopal, eight or more for a two-storey stand, and seven to ten days if you are already short.
The cheapest quote in Bhopal is usually the one with the most left out. Compare line by line — structure, graphics, lighting, flooring, furniture, transport, installation, dismantle and taxes — because a lump sum hides which of those you are about to pay for twice.
Judge a Bhopal quote on what it includes rather than what it totals. Transport, installation, dismantle, electrical fittings and taxes are the lines most often left out, and they are not small.

FAQ
Drone Light Shows in Bhopal: FAQ
How much does drone light shows cost in Bhopal?+
Priced mainly by drone count and show length; share your event date, city and audience size for a quote. The exact figure depends on stall size, the number of open sides, finishes, AV and the venue's build-up rules. Share your stall size and show and we send an itemised quote within 24 hours.
How early should I book drone light shows in Bhopal?+
Four to six weeks before the show for a custom stall, and eight weeks or more for a double-decker or pavilion project. For shows that are already close we can often deliver in seven to ten days with a simplified design.
Do you handle organiser approvals at Minto Hall Convention Centre?+
Yes. We prepare and submit stall drawings, electrical load details and structural documents as the organiser requires, and we check the design against height, rigging and fire rules before it reaches you.
Can you reuse our stall for the next show after Bhopal?+
Yes. Built with a modular frame and interchangeable graphics, a stand can travel between shows and cities; we also store it between editions so the cost per show drops after the first build.
Which Bhopal venues do you cover?+
All 14 venues listed on this page, including Minto Hall Convention Centre, Ravindra Bhawan and Lal Parade Ground — plus hotel ballrooms, convention halls, open grounds, mall atriums and campus venues across the city.
Is 3D design included with drone light shows in Bhopal?+
Yes. A photoreal 3D design is free with every confirmed fabrication order, revised until you approve it. Design-only projects are quoted separately.
Which industries do you work with in Bhopal?+
Exhibitors across pharma, automobile, textiles, agri and food processing and many more. The sector changes what the stand has to do, so we brief against your buyers rather than applying one template.
