Drone Light Shows in Prayagraj
Prayagraj is one of Uttar Pradesh's busiest exhibition cities, and brands exhibiting here need a partner who can deliver drone light shows on tight build-up schedules. That is exactly what we do — designed in 48 hours, built in our own workshops, installed by our own crew.
Why choose us
Prayagraj's trusted drone light shows partner
Hundreds of synchronised LED drones draw your logo, product or message in the night sky for launches, festivals, weddings, sports events and corporate celebrations. We coordinate show design, permissions with licensed operators, launch-site safety and timing with your event. Shows in Prayagraj run in ballrooms, banquet and convention halls, open grounds and mall atriums — we cover all of them.
Leather, handicrafts, electronics, food processing and textiles account for most of the exhibiting activity in Prayagraj. That matters at design stage: the balance between display, demonstration and private meeting space is a sector decision long before it is an aesthetic one.
What changes between cities is rarely the design and almost always the logistics. In Prayagraj that means the access route, the lift queue, the organiser's build-up window and the venue's rules on height, rigging and fixing. We confirm those before fabrication starts, which is why drone light shows here is quoted as a delivered stand rather than as a set of parts.
- Night-shift build-up crews for tight timelines
- Dedicated project manager on WhatsApp from brief to dismantle
- Fire-retardant, organiser-approved materials
- Free photoreal 3D design with every confirmed build
- In-house design and fabrication — no sub-contracted surprises

How we deliver drone light shows in Prayagraj
Hundreds of synchronised LED drones draw your logo, product or message in the night sky for launches, festivals, weddings, sports events and corporate celebrations. We coordinate show design, permissions with licensed operators, launch-site safety and timing with your event. What you receive is screens, lighting, audio and content running on cue, operated and then cleared. Systems are proven as a whole before they ship, and anything whose failure would stop the show travels with a spare.
01
Technical recce and plan
Planning starts with a recce: dimensions, available power, rigging points, sightlines, and the venue's limits on sound level and working hours. Kit is then specified to the room instead of to a catalogue.
02
Equipment and content preparation
Everything is assembled and run as a complete system in our prep bay — screens, fixtures, audio, servers and the actual content — so the venue is not where the setup gets debugged.
03
Install and programming
Install covers rigging, power distribution, cabling, focus and programming, and finishes with a technical rehearsal rather than a handover note.
04
Show operation and strike
A technician stays with the setup through show hours, and the whole rig is struck and cleared inside the organiser's dismantle window.
What a drone light shows quote in Prayagraj is built from
Priced mainly by drone count and show length; share your event date, city and audience size for a quote. Beyond that headline, the variables that actually move a drone light shows quote are screen or projection surface area and resolution, number of fixtures, projectors or drones, show length and number of repeats per day and rigging, trussing and power distribution. Itemise the quote against those lines and the difference between two vendors stops being a mystery.
Cost drivers
- screen or projection surface area and resolution
- number of fixtures, projectors or drones
- show length and number of repeats per day
- rigging, trussing and power distribution
- content production and programming time
- number of operators and show days
- transport and standby equipment
Space plan by stall size in Prayagraj
| Stall size | Footprint | Display | Storage | Meeting | Staff | Build weeks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9 sq.m | 3 × 3 m | 7.6 sq.m | 0.9 sq.m | 0.5 sq.m | 2 | 3 |
| 18 sq.m | 3 × 6 m | 15.3 sq.m | 1.8 sq.m | 0.9 sq.m | 2 | 3 |
| 36 sq.m | 6 × 6 m | 28.8 sq.m | 5.4 sq.m | 1.8 sq.m | 4 | 4 |
| 54 sq.m | 6 × 9 m | 43.2 sq.m | 8.1 sq.m | 2.7 sq.m | 6 | 5 |
| 72 sq.m | 6 × 12 m | 57.6 sq.m | 10.8 sq.m | 3.6 sq.m | 8 | 5 |
| 100 sq.m | 10 × 10 m | 80 sq.m | 15 sq.m | 5 sq.m | 12 | 5 |
Calculated with the same formula as our stall planner: storage is 10% of area up to 18 sq.m and 15% above it, meeting space 5% unless you are hosting meetings, and the remainder is display. Staff = area ÷ 9.

Where shows happen in Prayagraj
Prayagraj is a growing exhibition market in Uttar Pradesh. Shows here run in hotel ballrooms, convention and banquet halls, open grounds, mall atriums and campus venues rather than in a single purpose-built exhibition centre, so we plan for 11 venue types across the city. That changes the build: ballrooms restrict height, rigging and drilling, banquet halls limit access for large panels, and open grounds need weather protection and generator power designed in from the start.
Build-up, logistics and approvals in Prayagraj
Every Prayagraj venue issues its own build-up schedule, power allocation and list of what you may and may not fix to the structure. We read it before fabrication, because a panel that will not fit through the access door is an expensive thing to discover at the venue.
Always confirm this year's dates and hall allocation with the organiser — editions shift. Plan backwards from them: six weeks for a comfortable custom build in Prayagraj, eight or more for a two-storey stand, and seven to ten days if you are already short.
Ask any Prayagraj fabricator three questions before you sign: who actually builds the stall, what the quote excludes, and who is on site during build-up. In-house fabrication, an itemised quote and a named project manager are what separate a delivered stall from an apology.
A stall partner in Prayagraj should be able to show you dimensioned drawings before fabrication and hand you a working stand at handover. If either is missing, the risk moves onto your show day.

FAQ
Drone Light Shows in Prayagraj: FAQ
How much does drone light shows cost in Prayagraj?+
Priced mainly by drone count and show length; share your event date, city and audience size for a quote. The exact figure depends on stall size, the number of open sides, finishes, AV and the venue's build-up rules. Share your stall size and show and we send an itemised quote within 24 hours.
How early should I book drone light shows in Prayagraj?+
Four to six weeks before the show for a custom stall, and eight weeks or more for a double-decker or pavilion project. For shows that are already close we can often deliver in seven to ten days with a simplified design.
What do you need from me to quote drone light shows in Prayagraj?+
Venue, hall or stand plan with power and rigging details, show dates and running times and content, video or presentation files. With that we can return a concept and an itemised quote — usually inside 24 hours for a straightforward brief.
Is 3D design included with drone light shows in Prayagraj?+
Yes. A photoreal 3D design is free with every confirmed fabrication order, revised until you approve it. Design-only projects are quoted separately.
Can you reuse our stall for the next show after Prayagraj?+
Yes. Built with a modular frame and interchangeable graphics, a stand can travel between shows and cities; we also store it between editions so the cost per show drops after the first build.
Which industries do you work with in Prayagraj?+
Exhibitors across leather, handicrafts, electronics, food processing and textiles and many more. The sector changes what the stand has to do, so we brief against your buyers rather than applying one template.
What happens if something is damaged during the show in Prayagraj?+
Our crew carries spare laminate, graphics and lamps, and a technician can be back on the stand during show hours. Damage to a panel or a light does not have to mean a visible defect for the rest of the run.
