Exhibition resource library
Cost guides, checklists, comparisons and how-tos for every one of our 31 services, written by the people who build the stalls.
What is in the library
The library holds 344 articles. 3 of them are pillar guides that cover a whole subject end to end; the remaining 341 are written per service, so each of our 31 services has its own cost guide, buyer's guide, comparison, checklist, timeline, idea set, ROI note, mistake list, question list, process explainer and brief template.
That structure exists because the questions exhibitors ask are the same every time but the answers are not. What a stall costs, how long it takes, what can go wrong and what to ask a vendor all change depending on whether you are buying stall fabrication, an LED wall, a country pavilion or a drone light show. Writing one generic article about each question would have been shorter and less useful.
Every rate, lead time and planning ratio in the library comes from the same set of published figures, so the numbers agree across articles, service pages and the stall planner. Custom design and fabrication runs ₹9,000 to ₹18,000 per sq.m; a build needs three weeks from sign-off, four from 24 sq.m and five from 54 sq.m; storage takes 10% of the area up to 18 sq.m and 15% above it; staffing works out at one person per 9 sq.m.

The 12 categories
Each category answers a different kind of question, and most exhibitors need two or three of them rather than all twelve. Pick the one that matches where you are in the project: budgeting, choosing a supplier, planning the schedule, or running the stand.
What each category is for
| Category | What it answers | Articles |
|---|---|---|
| Pillar Guides | Long-form guides that cover a whole subject end to end, from planning a participation to what turnkey trade fair services include. | 3 |
| Cost Guides | What a service costs, what drives the figure up or down, and worked examples against the published rate band. | 31 |
| Buyer's Guides | How to choose a supplier for one service: what to look for, what to verify and what separates comparable quotes. | 31 |
| Comparisons | One service set against its closest alternative, with the trade-offs stated rather than implied. | 31 |
| Checklists | Everything to confirm before, during and after a build, in the order it has to happen. | 31 |
| Design Ideas | Layout, lighting, graphic and engagement ideas, sized to the stall areas organisers actually sell. | 31 |
| Planning & Timelines | Week-by-week plans working back from opening day, built on our published lead times. | 31 |
| Leads & ROI | How to set up lead capture, what to measure on the stand and how to judge a show afterwards. | 31 |
| Mistakes to Avoid | The failures we see repeatedly on site, why they happen and what prevents each one. | 31 |
| Questions to Ask | The questions that close the gaps where projects go wrong, with the answers you should expect. | 31 |
| How It Works | The process end to end — brief, design, approval, fabrication, installation, dismantle. | 31 |
| Templates | Briefs and formats you can copy, so a vendor receives the information needed to quote accurately. | 31 |
Article counts are derived from the library itself. Every service-level category carries one article per service, which is why the counts match the 31 services we publish.

Jump to a service
If you already know what you are buying, start from the service. Each service page links to its own cost guide, buyer's guide, checklist, timeline and question list, which together cover the whole decision for that one kind of work.
How to use the library
If you are budgeting, read the cost guide for your service first and then the comparison, because the cheapest route is usually a different specification rather than a lower rate. If you have a budget and a show date, read the timeline and the checklist, in that order. If you are choosing a vendor, read the buyer's guide and take the question list into the meeting.
The articles are deliberately specific about numbers and deliberately silent about anything we cannot stand behind. There are no client names, no review scores and no footfall statistics, because an article that invents those is worse than useless when you are about to commit a budget to a hall.
